Our Staff Physicians

Since 1974 the Lincoln Center has grown and prospered and is now one of the largest OB/GYN specialty practices in northeastern Kansas. We currently deliver more babies and provide more women with medical services than any other OB/GYN practice in the area.

We feel our success is due to our commitment to quality and the scope of our expertise. In addition to our obstetric services we specialize in all aspects of women’s health and the latest minimally invasive surgical techniques. We have a particular expertise in the surgical treatment of women’s incontinence.

Jamesina M. Dickson, MD

Obstetrician and Gynecologist

Dr. Dickson grew up in St. Louis, Missouri
She completed her Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri.
She earned her Doctor of Medicine at Washington University School of Medicine, St. Louis, Missouri.
She completed her residency at Barnes Jewish Hospital, St. Louis, Missouri.
Dr. Dickson has been practicing in Topeka since 1999.

Jeffrey M. Teply, MD

Obstetrician and Gynecologist

Dr. Teply grew up in Topeka, Kansas.
He completed his Bachelor of Science from Washburn University in Topeka, Kansas.
He earned his Doctor of Medicine and completed his residency at Kansas University Medical Center.
Dr. Teply has been practicing in Topeka since 2006.

Todd D. Trobough, MD

Obstetrician and Gynecologist

Dr. Trobough grew up in California.
He completed his Bachelor of Arts in Biology at UCLA in Los Angeles, California.
He earned his Doctor of Medicine at Crighton University School of Medicine.
He completed his residency at The University of Missouri in Kansas City, Missouri.
Dr. Trobough has been practicing in Topeka since 1994.

Douglas Gleason, MD

Dr. Gleason grew up in Topeka, Kansas.
He completed his Bachelor of Arts in Chemistry at Texas Christian University.
He earned his Doctor of Medicine from the University of Kansas Medical Center in Kansas City, Missouri.
He completed his residency at Indiana University.
Dr. Gleason has been practicing in Topeka since 1996.

Heather Morrison, MD

Obstetrician and Gynecologist

Dr. Morrison grew up in Hiawatha, Kansas.
She completed her Bachelor of Arts in Human Biology at the University of Kansas in Kansas City, Missouri
She earned her Doctor of Medicine and completed her residency at the University of Kansas Medical Center.
Dr. Morrison has been practicing in Topeka since 2009.

Kimberly Brey, MD

Obstetrician and Gynecologist

Dr. Brey grew up in Kansas City, Kansas.
She completed her Bachelor of Arts in General Studies at the University of Kansas.
She earned her Doctor of Medicine and completed her residency at the University of Kansas Medical Center.
Dr. Brey has been practicing in Topeka since 2012.

Jessica Kieffer, MD

Obstetrician and Gynecologist

Dr. Kieffer grew up in Mayetta, KS
She completed her Bachelor of Science in Organismal Biology at the University of Kansas
She earned her Doctor of Medicine at the University of Kansas School of Medicine
She completed her residency at University of Kansas School of Medicine-Wichita, Wesley Medical Center
Dr. Kieffer has special interests in LGBTQ care, trauma informed care, and is DaVinci Robot certified
Dr. Kieffer has been practicing in Topeka since 2022
